These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Goated Jerseys' website and social channels, and any order you place with us. By browsing our catalogue, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Goated Jerseys ("TGJ," "we," "us," or "our") sells custom-made, matchday-grade jerseys. Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via manual payment verification, as described in Section 3 below.

2. Accounts

• Anyone can browse our catalogue. You need an account to add items to your cart and place an order.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide at signup (name, phone, email, etc.) must be accurate — we use it to process and deliver your orders.

3. Orders & Payment

• Rapid Order jerseys are paid for at checkout: you make a bank transfer and upload the screenshot of your receipt before placing the order.
• Pre-Order jerseys need no payment upfront. We first confirm stock and a delivery window, then you pay from the "Pay Now" button on your dashboard.
• All payments are made by bank transfer and checked by us manually — we do not process card payments on this site.
• A flat delivery charge applies to every order, shown at checkout before you confirm.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a jersey turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in PKR and may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed. Promotional prices and sale events are valid only for their stated period.

5. Customization

Custom options (name/number printing, patches, sleeve length, etc.) are produced exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling and selections before confirming — see our Exchange & Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

6. Goated4Life Points Program

Points are a loyalty benefit, not a form of currency or property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, expire as described in our program terms (see the Goated Society page), and may be adjusted or revoked if we reasonably believe they were earned fraudulently.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photography, and content on this site belong to The Goated Jerseys or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our branding or product photography without our written permission. Reviews and photos you submit may be displayed on our site and social channels to showcase real customer experiences.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, interfering with normal operation of the site, or submitting false information when ordering or reviewing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We aim to fulfill every order accurately and on time, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by couriers, payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order placed with us will be handled by the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
